We offer LED and wooden dancefloors in multiple sizes from 1.5m x 2m for intimate gatherings up to 4m x 4m for larger events. Custom sizes above 4m x 4m are available on request. As a general guide, plan for approximately 0.5 square metres of dancefloor space per guest to ensure comfortable movement.
Our LED dancefloor rental starts from AED 2,300 for a 2.5m x 3m setup — our most popular size for events of 40-60 guests. Pricing varies by size and duration. Wooden dancefloor pricing is available on request. All prices include delivery, professional installation, and collection within Dubai.
Our LED dancefloors have a non-slip surface finish that is safe for dancing. However we recommend that guests wear appropriate footwear — stiletto heels and very narrow points are not recommended on any raised floor surface. We always advise on surface suitability for your specific venue.
Yes. Both our LED and wooden dancefloors can be used outdoors on flat, stable surfaces. For outdoor setups we recommend plain concrete or paved surfaces for the best stability. Garden grass and sand are not suitable base surfaces. Our team will assess your outdoor venue during setup to ensure safe installation.
Setup typically takes 1-2 hours depending on the size of the floor. We always arrive well before your event start time to ensure everything is installed, tested, and ready. Our team handles all assembly, levelling, and connection — you do not need to do anything.
Yes. Our LED RGB dancefloor features programmable lighting patterns that can be set to match your event colour scheme — from elegant white for weddings to bold RGB patterns for parties. Our team programmes the floor before your event based on your preferences.
Yes. We deliver to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other Emirates. Delivery outside Dubai is subject to an additional fee. Contact us for a quote based on your specific location.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and during peak event season from October to April. Last-minute bookings can sometimes be accommodated — WhatsApp us to check availability.
