Frequently Asked Questions About Lighting Rental in Dubai
Yes. For complex setups including moving heads, cold spark machines, DMX rigs and full production lighting, we provide a dedicated lighting technician for the duration of your event. For simpler setups like uplights and par cans, we handle delivery, setup and collection — and are available on-call throughout your event.
Absolutely. Send us photos of your venue and tell us your event type and preferred colours. Our team will create a visual mockup showing how the lighting will look in your space — completely free with no obligation to book.
As a general guide, we recommend 1 uplight per 2-3 metres of wall space for an even colour wash. For a typical villa living room or ballroom section, 8-12 uplights is usually sufficient. We are happy to advise based on your specific venue.
Yes. Cold spark machines use titanium powder granules that produce a safe, cool spark effect with no heat, no fire risk, and minimal smoke. They are approved for use in most indoor venues including hotel ballrooms, restaurants, and private villas. We always check venue requirements in advance.
Yes. We deliver, set up, and collect all lighting and FX equipment across Dubai. Delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other Emirates is available for an additional fee.
You can rent individual units or full packages — entirely up to you. Many clients start with a few uplights and add moving heads or FX machines. We are happy to help you build the right setup for your budget and venue.
A wash moving head produces a wide, soft beam of colour that covers large areas — ideal for painting a stage or venue in colour. A spot moving head produces a tight, focused beam with gobo patterns and sharper effects — better for aerial beams and dramatic stage looks. Many setups use a combination of both.
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for standard lighting setups, and 2-4 weeks for full production rigs or events requiring a lighting mockup and site visit. Last-minute bookings are often possible — WhatsApp us and we will confirm availability.
