Terms and Conditions

Rental Period:

• The rental period begins on the specified start date and time and concludes on the agreed-upon end date and time. Any extension must be approved in writing by Echo Dubai.
  
  

Payment Terms:

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon delivery and installation.

• The advance payment must be made at least 3 days prior to the event to guarantee equipment availability. Failure to make the advance payment on time may result in non-availability of the equipment for the event.
  
  

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
  
  

Equipment Care and Responsibility:

• The customer is responsible for the proper care and safekeeping of the rented equipment during the entire rental period. Any damage or loss will be assessed, and the customer agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
  
  

Use Limitations:

• The rented equipment is to be used only for its intended purpose and in a safe and lawful manner. Any misuse or unauthorized alteration of the equipment is strictly prohibited.
  
  

Delivery and Pickup:

• Echo Dubai will deliver and pick up the equipment at the specified location. Any changes to the delivery or pickup schedule must be communicated and approved in advance.
  
  

Force Majeure:

• Echo Dubai is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, and supplier delays.
  
  

Indemnification:

• The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Echo Dubai harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the rented equipment.
