What is included in the Outdoor Cinema Rental package?

Our outdoor cinema setup includes a 16FT inflatable screen (192 inch), projector, sound system, all required cables, and complete delivery, setup, testing, and pickup. Seating and ambient lighting can be added depending on the package you choose.

What screen size do you use for outdoor cinema?

We use a 16FT inflatable cinema screen, which is approximately 192 inches diagonal. It is the perfect size for villa backyards and outdoor gatherings because it looks premium and works well for small to medium crowds.

How much space is needed for the outdoor cinema setup?

We recommend a minimum of 5 meters wide clear space for smooth setup and viewing. Flat areas like tiles, grass, or compact outdoor surfaces work best. We also need enough space for seating placement and safe cable routing.

Can you set up an outdoor cinema in a villa backyard or desert?

Yes. We can set up in villa backyards, private outdoor spaces and also desert locations as long as road access is suitable. Desert setups may have an additional delivery or handling charge depending on distance and conditions.

Can we connect Netflix, YouTube, or a laptop to the projector?

Yes. The easiest way is via HDMI from a laptop, and we will set it up and test everything before handover. Streaming accounts and content are always provided by the client.

How long does setup take and do you stay during the event?

Setup usually takes around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the package and seating add ons. Standard bookings include setup and pickup. If you need a technician to stay on site during the event, it can be arranged.
