The rental includes free delivery, professional setup at your venue, and collection after your event. For multi-letter rentals of 3 or more letters, a discount applies automatically - letters from the 3rd onwards are charged at AED 350 each instead of AED 400.

Our LED marquee letters are 130cm (approximately 4.3 feet) tall - large enough to create a dramatic visual impact at any event. The letters are three-dimensional with depth, making them visible from across a venue. Numbers in our collection are 150cm tall for even greater impact at milestone birthday celebrations.

Yes - Echo Dubai provides free delivery and collection for all marquee letter rentals within Dubai. This includes all areas such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Deira, Bur Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, and all other Dubai communities. Delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other Emirates is available at an additional charge - contact us for a quote.

Yes - our team handles full setup and positioning of all marquee letters at your venue. We arrive ahead of your event start time to ensure everything is perfectly placed and fully operational. After your event, we return to collect the letters so you do not need to worry about anything. Setup is included in the rental price.

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to guarantee availability, especially for weekends and public holidays. However, Echo Dubai also accepts same-day bookings subject to availability - WhatsApp us and we will confirm within minutes. For peak periods such as New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, and wedding season, booking 2-3 weeks ahead is advised.
