Every karaoke package from Echo Dubai comes with free delivery, full setup, and pickup within Dubai. Our crew handles all the wiring, sound checks, and screen positioning so everything is event-ready before your first guest walks in. The Standard Karaoke Setup is AED 900 and comes with a 50-inch screen, 2 wireless mics, and a compact sound system. The Premium Setup at AED 1450 includes a 65-inch screen, 4 wireless mics, and stronger audio. The Platinum Setup at AED 3500 is a full production — 65-inch screen, 6 wireless mics, subwoofers, professional lighting, and a dedicated on-site technician. Every package includes delivery, setup, and pickup.

All setups include a touchscreen karaoke system loaded with 100,000+ songs, wireless microphones with spare batteries and backup mics, an LED screen for lyrics, professional speakers, all cables and connections, and free delivery with full setup. Premium and Platinum tiers add bigger screens, more mics, subwoofers, lighting effects, and technician support.

Our gear is fully portable and our team checks acoustics, screen placement, and power before every setup. If a venue has limited power, we arrange generator solutions.

Professional wireless microphones from Shure or equivalent brands. Standard setups include 2 wireless mics, Premium includes 4, and Platinum includes 6. Every booking comes with backup batteries and spare microphones as standard. The audio mixer gives individual volume control per mic with echo and reverb effects built in.

Yes — karaoke is one of the most requested activities for kids parties in Dubai. We load age-appropriate playlists including Disney, children's movie soundtracks, popular kids TV themes, and family-friendly pop. The interface can be simplified for younger users and we add fun voice effects and colourful visuals. Works great for ages 5 and up.

Every rental is a full 24-hour period so you have plenty of time for setup, the event, and winding down. Need it for longer? Multi-day rentals are available at discounted rates. For corporate events or multi-day functions, ask us about weekly pricing.

Yes, but with a few things to keep in mind. Dubai's sun is intense — if your event is during the day, standard screens may not be clearly visible in direct sunlight. For daytime outdoor events we may need to upgrade to a high-brightness display for clear visibility. Evening and night outdoor events work perfectly with our standard setups. For open spaces, gardens, and rooftops we recommend Premium or Platinum setups for better sound coverage. Our team will assess your venue and advise on the best configuration.

We come prepared. Every booking includes backup microphones, spare cables, and redundant equipment. For Standard and Premium setups our team is on-call throughout your event and can be on-site within the hour. Platinum setups have a dedicated technician present for the entire duration. Before the event starts we do a complete equipment test and full sound check so issues are caught before guests arrive.

Yes. The touchscreen interface lets guests search by song title, artist, genre, language, decade, or popularity. Guests can also browse and queue songs from their phones so there is no crowding around the main screen. The system shows album artwork and previews. For larger events our technician manages the queue and keeps the flow moving smoothly between performers.

Ideally 2-3 weeks ahead, especially during peak season from October to April and on weekends when demand is highest. This gives us time to plan your song library, coordinate venue logistics, and lock in your preferred package. That said, we handle last-minute requests regularly and can usually accommodate bookings with 3-7 days notice. For large corporate events or multi-day setups, 4-6 weeks is recommended.
